Caspar Harvard-Walls
Founder
Caspar joined Foxtons in their South Kensington branch in 2006 and spent five years working within the company’s most successful office. In 2011 he joined leading buying agency Black Brick initially as a consultant before becoming a salaried partner in 2013 and then an equity partner in 2017. Over the course of his time at Black Brick he acquired more than £500m worth of property across London for his clients and was regularly featured in both the national and international press commenting on market trends.
Ben Seale
Co-Founder
Ben joined Spotlight in 2001 rising to be the CEO and then ultimately owner of the business. Over 23 years he played the major role in transitioning a book publishing company to the global digital search tool via CD-Rom in the late 90s to it becoming the most respected online casting tool in Europe.
Spotlight was sold in 2021 and since then he has worked with countless tech firms and has managed a team of 120 coders and backbone teams globally.
Gary Broughton
Product Director
Gary is an experienced product manager and designer who has worked with a wide variety of London-based and international brands. With a background in journalism and editorial design, he helped the founders of Oskar to realise their vision of launching a private property network. He now oversees Oskar’s development roadmap.
Jude Thompson
Account Manager
Jude began her professional journey in luxury retail through Harrods’ management training programme after university. She then developed a career in event planning, building and managing events for corporate and private clients. Over a decade ago, Jude moved into the property sector, selling holiday homes on a private estate on the Suffolk-Norfolk border.
